Support Enforcement Division

The Support Enforcement Division (SED) of the Yamhill County District Attorney’s Office assists children by helping them receive financial support from both parents. SED represents the interests of the State of Oregon and does not represent either parent.

SED provides the following services to residents of Yamhill County and non-residents who have a child support entered in Yamhill County:

• Establishment of paternity
• Establishment of child support
• Modification of an existing support order
• Establishment, modification, or enforcement of health care coverage for a child
• Collection of support payments
